Efficiency and Energy Saving

The most current models of air conditioners now use R32 gas. This gas is more efficient and more environmentally friendly. The major brands of air conditioners all offer an inverter type in most models. This technology provides a greater output efficiency and is energy-saving.

Most models have features such as quiet/night mode, and timers and some are now “smart phone” enabled. This feature allows you to turn your air conditioner on/off remotely. This makes for more efficient use of your machine.

VRV is ideal for buildings with multiple offices, B and B’s, hotels and factories as many units can be run off one system and the outdoor units are minimised by using one large condenser with multiple indoor units. This is an energy-efficient option for areas needing long pipe runs.

All our systems are pressure tested (using nitrogen) and “vacuumed” before commissioning to check for leaks and remove inpurities from the piping

We can customise your air conditioning based on your needs: open plan offices, high ceilings, heat load, number of people in the room, use of the space (office, store room, board room etc)

PVC trunking is used to conceal all piping (client can paint the trunks to blend in)

Maintenance and service contracts

This can be offered on all commercial installations. It is recommended that all units are serviced every 6-12 months

  • 6 monthly minor service: this entails filter cleaning and inspection of all working parts both in the indoor and outdoor units.
  • Annual major service: this entails the above, plus pressure washing of indoor and outdoor coils with specialised cleaning agents.

 

We would be happy to offer the above on a contract basis at a reduced rate.
